Giving Back to the Community

At GVS Mobile Notary Service, we believe in supporting and giving back. For this reason, we offer opportunities for church groups, schools, community centers, and not-for-profit organizations to receive complimentary notarization services.

How does this work?

GVS Mobile Notary Service will provide two (2) notary publics to come to your location and provide one (1) hour of complimentary notarizations for your members.

Please be aware of the following:

Our support service range is 25 miles in and around Kaufman County, Texas.
Individuals requesting notarization of their documents are still required to present a valid and unexpired state or federal identification card that contains a picture and a signature.
Notarizations are limited to single documents.

Additionally, GVS Mobile Notary Service supports our active and retired military personnel who have served our country. We will provide up to two (2) free notarizations to any individual with a valid military identification card.
